Native to St. Thomas, Nicole "Nikki" is deeply rooted within the St. Thomas community & maintains a profound sense of love and respect for her island home. Licensed in 2013, and with over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, she is now the proud Owner & Directing Broker of Coastal Properties in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands!

Always up for a new challenge, Nikki continues to grow and strengthen her role within the real estate community. She recently finished a two-year term serving as President of St. Thomas Board of Realtors 2022-2024 and currently sits as acting Past President for 2024.

Outside of work, she savors the natural luxuries of an island lifestyle, alongside her husband and their super awesome rescue dog Rocky. Together they live an active lifestyle sharing a passion for surfing, sailing, and all things ocean; while her most favorite hobbies include time in the garden, cooking in her little yellow kitchen, and spending quality time with family & close friends.
